2. Data collected

  • Browsing data (via Google Analytics): anonymised IP address, pages visited, time spent, device used.
  • Booking data (via HBook): first name, last name, postal address, email, phone number, stay dates, number of guests.
  • Payment data (via Stripe): banking information required to pay the deposit (handled directly by Stripe; we do not have access to the full card number).

3. Purposes of the collection

Data is collected for the following purposes:

  • Booking and stay management (rental contract).
  • Invoicing and secure payment (Stripe).
  • Communication with guests (booking confirmation, practical information).
  • Website traffic statistics (Google Analytics).
  • Compliance with legal and tax obligations.

4. Retention period

  • Browsing data (Google Analytics): up to 14 months maximum.
  • Booking and invoicing data: kept for 10 years (legal accounting and tax obligation).
  • Payment data (Stripe): retained by Stripe in accordance with their policy; we do not have access to full card numbers.

5. Data sharing

Your data may only be shared with:

  • Stripe (secure online payment).
  • o2switch (hosting provider).
  • The relevant authorities (tax and legal obligations).

We do not sell or transfer your personal data to third parties.

6. Cookies

The site uses cookies to:

  • Facilitate navigation,
  • Compile traffic statistics (Google Analytics),
  • Remember booking preferences (HBook).

You can disable cookies by configuring your browser.

7. Data security

We implement all the technical and organisational measures necessary to protect your data (SSL certificate, secure hosting with o2switch, encrypted payment via Stripe).

In accordance with the GDPR and the French “Informatique et Libertés” law, you have the following rights:

  • Right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection.
  • Right to data portability.
  • Right to withdraw your consent at any time.
